New Scott SCBA

The S.V.F.C. is proud to put the New Scott X3 SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) and the new RIT Pack (Rapid Intervention Team/Crew) in service. We purchased thirteen new breathing apparatus with help from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Assistance to Firefighters Grant. This Federal Grant has helped all volunteer companies in Dorchester County to purchase the New Scott SCBA. This will replace our old Sperian Warrior SCBA which had reached the end of its useful life.
